The Panchachuli Base Camp Trek is one of the most scenic and culturally rich treks in the Kumaon Himalayas of Uttarakhand. Starting from the quaint hill town of Munsiyari, this trail leads you deep into the Johar Valley to the base of the legendary Panchachuli peaks (6,334 m to 6,904 m)—five majestic snow-capped summits that dominate the eastern Kumaon skyline.
This moderate trek follows the Gori Ganga River, passing through ancient trading villages, lush meadows, and rhododendron forests, offering incredible views of Nanda Devi, Api, and the Panchachuli group.
